Selling homes fast is not as common today as it was in the past. Some real estate agents and investors seemed to have a knack for moving properties at lightening speed, and their competitors and associates simply marveled at them. Of course some people just know how to network better than others, and that is really what I’m talking about here with respect to when you try to sell a home easily.
